    Intended Use

    The HPV 18 High-risk with 16/18 Genotyping PCR Test Kit is an in vitro assay utilizing amplification of target DNA by the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) for qualitative detection of 18 kinds of high-risk human papillomavirus in cervical specimens (including 18 kinds of high-risk genotypes HPV 16, 18, 26, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68, 73, 82), and distinguish genotypes of HPV 16 and 18.
