CA724 (gastric cancer antigen) is one of the assay markers for detecting gastric cancer and various gastrointestinal cancers, which is also a non-specific tumor marker. It is mainly found in the gastrointestinal tract, and is highly sensitive to gastric cancer, ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinoma and non-small cell lung cancer. It is also sensitive to biliary tract tumors, colorectal cancer and pancreatic cancer.
